Top 5 bulk email sender tools

1. ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign has been voted the best email marketing tool on the market. They were ranked #1 in our annual survey of 100+ email marketing platforms with over 130,000 customers.

ActiveCampaign allows you to send bulk emails. This platform is for businesses who are looking for an integrated CRM, email marketing, and automation system.

Each plan allows unlimited email sending. Pricing is determined by how many contacts you need and how many users accounts you require. You also have access to advanced features such as A/B Testing, Machine-Learning, and dedicated support.

Pricing starts at $9/month for 500 contacts and up to three users, while the $49/month version is available. ActiveCampaig is highly competitive at 10,000 contacts with prices starting at $111/month and $399/mo.

ActiveCampaign’s Plus Package costs $199/month and includes 10,000 contacts, unlimited email, and up to 25 user accounts. This package also offers a lot more automation and marketing features than other platforms in this price range.

2. Sendinblue

Sendinblue offers one of the most advanced email marketing software on the market. You can also edit templates and create your own design using the drag-and-drop editor.

Sendinblue’s pricing differs from others. Sendinblue charges you based upon the number and type of contacts you send. Instead of charging by the number of contacts, Sendinblue calculates its pricing based on how many emails you send.

Sendinblue Lite allows you to send 300 emails per day for no cost. Sendinblue Lite costs 10,000 emails per month for PS16.5/month and 100,000 for PS59.5/mo. Sendinblue Premium is available at 20,000 emails per monthly for PS41.5/month up to 1,000,000 emails each month for PlayStation424.15/mo. All plans include unlimited contact storage

If you send larger volumes, custom pricing plans can be arranged.

These prices are very competitive, and you get a lot more email marketing features such as automation, segmentation and reporting. Sendinblue has some of our favorite transactional email features, which we still use at Venture Harbour.

Sendinblue doesn’t just allow you to send emails; it also has a host of features that will help you increase your email marketing lists and generate more leads. The form builder will help you transform your website into an effective lead generation tool, and increase the effectiveness of your inbound marketing efforts.

We’ve never seen a platform that provides such powerful reporting tools. This makes it the best platform to gauge the performance of your emails and optimize campaigns for better results.

It offers great automation and lead generation capabilities, but it is not as advanced as the industry leaders. It doesn’t include customer relationship management (CMS), and lead tracking capabilities that are as advanced as those of its competitors (most of whom are more expensive).

3. Moorend

Moosend is a bulk email sender that is easy to use for beginners. Although Moosend’s features are not as robust as ActiveCampaign, I like that you can access all their features for as low as $10 per month. ActiveCampaign however, places their most advanced features on higher-priced plans.

Moosend offers unlimited email delivery, regardless of your plan.

Their platform is extremely easy-to-use, albeit has a slightly dated feeling to it. That said, your email recipients will never see this platform, so it’s debatable how much of an issue this is.

One of the major benefits of Moosend is its ability to offer every customer agency-level support. This can help with everything from strategy to delivery optimization.

Although they advised me that it may not always be true, it is a significant perk that bulk email tools don’t charge for.

4. ConvertKit

ConvertKit is a bulk email sender for creative industry professionals such as bloggers, teachers, authors, and teachers.

ConvertKit does not offer any advanced features. ConvertKit does not offer split test A/B testing or predictive sending. The reporting is also basic. It’s ideal for those who need an easy way to send emails to large lists.

ConvertKit’s email editor uses a drag-and-drop interface with very few features. ConvertKit doesn’t offer email templates, unlike ActiveCampaign or Moosend. They encourage users to use plain text emails and do not offer them.

ConvertKit pricing is similar to the other tools. It allows unlimited email sends but it depends on how many contacts you have. Their pricing is reasonable, but not as affordable as ActiveCampaign’s which, we feel, offers more bang per buck.

5. MailerLite

MailerLite is the best bulk email sender that can handle smaller lists. MailerLite allows you to send up 12,000 emails per month to less than 1000 contacts.

It starts at $15 per 2,500 contacts and is one of the most cost-effective email marketing tools of all over 100 we reviewed. Their software is easy to use and offers a great set of features.

MailerLite is not as powerful as ActiveCampaign in terms of features, but it does offer all the basics you would expect from a bulk email sender, including personalization tags, sending by time zone, and A/B testing.

ActiveCampaign is the best option for businesses looking for an email marketing software that does everything. MailerLite, however, is a great option if you are looking for a personal or side-project to send bulk email for and where cost-effectiveness is more important than growth potential.

What is the best bulk email sender?

Each bulk email sender we have reviewed has its strengths. MailerLite allows you to send bulk emails to 1000 contacts for free, and ActiveCampaign provides you with a complete sales and marketing platform.
