We use Zoom to host our remote team meetings. It is a great tool for group discussions and large-group presentations. The breakout room feature really helps us maximize our meeting time. This allows the meeting leader to create mini discussion areas for a portion, then call everyone back into the main meeting to share their thoughts and feedback.
Zoom is perfect for conference calls. If you’d like to cover a few points, they have a “waiting room” for you to join the call. Before your employees join the call, you should consult your business partner. If your room is messy or you want to let the imagination run wild, you can also set different backgrounds.
Zoom is the best tool for online meetings. It has chat, recording capabilities, and a gallery view so that you can see everyone. There’s even a “hand-raising” feature to keep the conversation flowing. It is our lifeline.

BlueJeans makes it easy to set up and access companywide video conferences. You can easily add a meeting to the corporate calendar with just one click. All the information is already included in the invite. It is secure and easy to integrate with other business platforms like Slack.
